项目坐落西溪湿地邬家湾,考虑到建筑的融合度问题,所以在设计是选用保留原有建筑的基本原貌,以现代性的功用考虑驱动外部转换。

行走的建筑
WalkingHouse
建筑的主体结构由上海南昌青阳县的清中期徽派民居搬运而来,而在设计的过程中,选择以现代空间表达的手法将这座两百多年历史的特色民居解构再造,以在地化的整合过程赋予其新颖的语境氛围。
ThemainstructureofthebuildingwascarriedfromtheHui-stylehousesinQingyangCounty,Chizhou,AnhuiProvinceinthemid-QingDynasty.Duringthedesignprocess,wechosetousemodernspatialexpressiontodeconstructandreshapethistraditionalhousewithahistoryofmorethan200years.Thefusionprocessoflocalizationgivesitauniquefieldatmosphere.
新建筑整体以特色民居的围合结构为主体,以木构架作为框架主体。入口处采取在特色中式宅邸的建筑制式,深色硬木带来的亮泽辅以黑色的外墙,在加固建筑形体结构的同时,与黑色木结构产生了强烈的对比,同时就在地文化的基因注入其中。

建筑格局以三面环保的圆形格局天井为中心,中央采用庭院,呼应徽派建筑中“四水归堂”的吉祥寓意和中国人特色根据物候变化“应时常动”的行动模式,将自然接入室内空间。

敞开式的发力将天光充分采用,为白色调的外部构造提供了明亮的自然亮度,同时在左右山墙处增设了数处小窗,增强室内中段的通透度与呼吸感。

消解的边界

一楼的餐厅采用了很大面宽的玻璃外墙,将户外的自然意象与室外的阴翳边界消解,从“无界”的视角表现建筑与周边公园环境的交融关系,联通内景和外景的两个隐喻。人在景中亦为景,在西溪的氤氲中感受历史的润物无声。

二层空间直观系统的展现建筑木构架的精彩之处。屋顶上面的巨大藻井,层层嵌套的框架结构拉高了建筑的整体横向空间展现。
Theintuitivesystemofthesecondfloorspacereflectsthesplendorofthewoodenstructureofthebuilding.Thehugecaissonabovetheroofandthenestedframestructureelevatetheoveralllongitudinalspatialexperienceofthebuilding.
因为建筑层高的限制,在二楼空间山墙和面宽开辟的窗口,都选取了较低的高度设定,同时横向拉宽视觉范围,令体验者在享受茶饮清欢的同时,与外界确立契合语境的共鸣体验。
Duetothelimitationoftheheightofthebuilding,thelowerheightsettingsarechosenforthewindowsopenedonthegablesandfacewidthsofthespaceonthesecondfloor.Atthesametime,thevisualrangeiswidenedhorizontally,sothattheexperiencercanenjoytheteaandenjoymentwhileestablishingarelationshipwiththeoutsideworld.Aresonantexperiencethatfitsthecontext.
意趣的空间漫游

品牌主理人的具有丰富的学识涵养和独特的审美情趣,为儒可墨可轩的空间造境赋予了生动的人格。由于空间中的印章藏品,在建立时将整面墙设计成多个独立壁龛用以陈列,贯穿整个纵向空间。
Thebrandmanagerhasrichknowledgeanduniqueaesthetictaste,whichendowsthespacecreationofRuKeMoKeXuanwithavividpersonality.Duetothesealcollectioninthespace,theentirewallwasdesignedasmultipleindependentnichesfordisplayduringconstruction,runningthroughtheentirelongitudinalspace.
在二楼相同设定了多个独立的茶饮区域和陈列区域,结合茶、印、书、画等特色元素串联,将画面化利用散落在空间各处。
Onthesecondfloor,severalindependentteadrinkingareasanddisplayareasarealsosetup.Combinedwithtraditionalelementssuchastea,printing,calligraphy,andpainting,thesceneisscatteredthroughoutthespace.
整体空间过于回避了标准动线设计,以留白的概念贯穿整个空间,在平面和横向的多重维度,以开放自由的理念参与建筑的生长过程,进一步丰富了整个建筑的整体性概念。
Theoverallspacedeliberatelyavoidsthestandardmovinglinedesign,andrunsthroughtheentirespacewiththeconceptofblankspace.Inthemultipledimensionsofplaneandvertical,itparticipatesinthegrowthprocessofthebuildingwiththeconceptofopennessandfreedom,whichfurtherenrichestheoverallconceptoftheentirebuilding.
